Yo iba a usar eres, pero perfecta no es estado permanente. Porque no usa el verbo estar en este caso.

If the person is saying that the other person is perfect in the sense of a personal quality, it has to be eres. But if they are talking about makeup or something else temporary, then I think you could use estás. Lee would have to give us more context to answer this definitively, but Gustavo's version is more likely.
