Gustavo has given you a couple of good translations, but I'll just try to explain the English so you can understand it better.
This looks like an assignment given to a school child. It is telling the child to draw a character (a being that may or may not have some human features) that resembles a bug, or to make one out of real articles (such as a coat hanger and cotton balls). The character may resemble an actual bug (ant, bee, etc.), or may be a creation of the child.
It's hard to translate "-like" into Spanish, but it is very common in English, and converts a noun into an adjective that means "similar to [the noun]."
